After repeatedly hearing my doctor talk about how important certifications were and knowing I couldn’t afford a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, I decided to buy the Certified Practice Manager study guide.  I printed it and put it in a notebook with dividers for each section.  For weeks I would look at the binder sitting on my desk and say to myself, “I’ll study tomorrow”, and four months later I am happy to say that I passed the CPM exam that I had to share my enthusiasm of this certification with every medical office manager. I passed this exam and YOU CAN TOO!  I would suggest the CPM certification to anyone I know as it has helped me gain confidence and recognition in my practice.

After passing the CPM exam which included human resource questions, I still felt I had to calm and reassure myself that I was doing the right things in my practice regarding human resources.  I saw POMAA’s web page about the CPM-HRS certification and wondered if it was the solution to my worries.  This certification was EXACTLY what I needed.  Not only did I reassure myself that I made the right choices in sticky situations, but this certification along with the CPM certification also proved to my boss that I was worth a raise!!!  The HRS exam is a sure winner when it comes to Human Resource Management!  It will definitely test your skills and knowledge!
